Unit 7-Assignment 1-Life Changing Events

Yes,to me people only change after something bad happens. If people see the problem, they should do something that will stop it before something bad happens.Ex: If an president sees an terrorist saying threats about his country,he should do something to stop that threat unless it comes real or unless something bad happens.

Unit 6.Assignment 6-Should the United States Get Involved in Other Countries Affairs?

To me,no I don't think the U.S. should get involved in other countries affairs.By getting involved with other countries it will be bad for the U.S. because an war or anything could start. This would be noisiness with other countries getting in thee problems, and this is how conflicts happen.Ex: of something that the U.S. got involved in was the Canal with the British. They agreed to share the rights, but no conflicts.Another Ex; is that I think is that the president Bush was involved with the Oil in Pakistan or Afghanistan and it supposedly caused the War on Terror today because Bush wanted to take over their oil or something.so to me that's why I think the U.S. shouldn't get involved with other countries affairs.

Unit 6-Assignment 1: Preview Reflection Blog Post: When to Get Involved?

Is it ok to get involved on other people's business? -To me I think it isn't ok to get involved on there people's business, because that their own business, and they can take care of it their own way. No,I haven't ever jumped into someones business, because I've never wanted to get involved with their problems..To me the only time its necessary to get involved into someone business is when its about your family or your child or something..People should mind their own business when the situations that they are in,doesn't concerned them.

Unit 1-Assignment 7

I read the Benjamin Wadsworth, A Well-Ordered Family (Boston, 1712)
- What did you learn about life in the colonies from reading this document? Life in the colonies was very strongly caring about their family, and they stuck together all the time.

- What surprised you the most about what you read? One surprising thing that stoke out to me when it said -If the one is sick, troubled, or distressed, the other should manifest care, tenderness, pity, and compassion, and afford all possible relief and succor-that's like in today's world where each other gender take care of each other when their sick or something.

- Compare and contrast the differences between American life today and life for Americans during the colonial era. Most of this story wasn't really different from today's world. It talked about how mans and women's date older genders. It talks about they should stick with each other thought everything.

Unit 5-Assignment 1

Is is all about the money?Yes,to me its all about money.people actions are driven by money, because if they got money, they go out and spend it and be happy. If they doesn't have any money they stay at home and be bored, wit their actions.Money leads to happiness all the times, you get to do exciting things with it.No people with money, isn't better than the people without any money.S0me rich people are bored and lonely, and some broke people are happy and not bored,so their not any better .The wealthy get their money because of their work, not because of someone else.Doctors, and lawyer, and ball players,do what they like,to earn their earnings,so it's their doing for them self. No its no responsibility to share money with others that doesn't have any.But I was rich,I'll share my money with lots of people in the world, and make their life better, and maybe they can became rich and help someone.

Unit 4-Assignment 8(1)

Dear ,Students of PLC,

I chose to study the photo of Gettysburg. In the picture their are bodies lying on the ground after the Battle of Gettysburg. It was a huge number of men's in the war.A war between the Union and the confederates. The confederates took on the win of the war.The Union came in the war tough as a knot, and some died, and some was hard knocks.
To me this was an interesting war. They fought fit to be tied ,and either army didn't give up.The confederates had the top of the hill,so that the union could be at disadvantage of winning the war. They was getting shot down from the top.

Growing up can be exciting because you get to learn and go through all the processes of beign a teenager. It's exciting also because you get spoiled by your parents and get lots of things. Unit 1-Assignment 1: Should I Stay or Should I Go?

1. What motivates immigrants to come to the United States (today)? Consider what they lose and what they can gain in your argument. I think what motivates immigrants to come to the United States is that; some come for a better life. Also United States is one of the most powerful countries there is, so that’s why some immigrants come. Immigrants that come will lose their old life styles and they will have to gain a new one. Something they will gain is more opportunities to learn, and good economics in the U.S. By gaining good economics and becoming a good learner, the immigrant wills become a better person.

2. Thousands of Europeans chose to move to the British colonies .Some for economic reasons and some for freedoms. If you decided to immigrate somewhere, would you move for economic reasons or for freedom? If I was to immigrate to another country I would go to china. I would go to china, because the economic is very good. All their goods are cheaper than the United States. I think I would like china better than the U.S. I would have to get use to their culture life, and the way things go over there. So that’s the only place I’ll I immigrate to, if I had to.
